OTHER TERMS 11.1 The Russian version of the present Contract should prevail. 11.2 The SELLER ceases to be the owner of the Goods at the moment of receipt of the drawn up export customs documents. The present Contract is drawn up in two copies in Russian and in English. 12. TERM OF VALIDITY OF THE CONTRACT The Contract comes into force after its signing by the authorized representatives of the BUYER and the SELLER.
