All the additions and amendments made in the present contract have force only in case they are eхecuted in a written form and signed by the authorised representatives of the Parties. 11.2. This Contract shall come into force from the moment of signing and shall be valid until the 7th of December, 2009. All verbal and writing agreements, which took place before signing this contract, from this time lose their force. An agreement of changes in contract is carried out only in written form with help of electronic facilities. 11.3. In the case of interpretation of this contract the document of the INCOTERMS terms 2000 year and the Convention of UNO about the contracts of international purchase and sale of commodities of 1980 year are to be applied. 11.4. The parties made arrangement about the confidentiality of this contract and about that Buyer will not carry out a re-export of the goods got by this contract without the written consent of Seller. 11.5. This contract was made and signed in four identical copies in Ukrainian and English - two for each of the parties. In cases of disputes concerning the wording hereof the Ukrainian wording shall prevail.12. 4. Оцінка ефектівності запропонованого проекту
Угода передбачає Здійснення імпортної Операції з поставки товару, зазначеного в зовнішньоекономічному контракті на умів CIP (склад покупця - Київ, Україна). Відповідно до контракту, ВСІ транспортні витрати, витрати на страхування, маркування та Інші пов язані з доставкою витрати, бере на себе продавець. Місцем завантаження товару є склад ВАТ «Ahmad Tea London Inc.» в англійському городе Брістоль. Місце доставки вантажу - м. Київ.
Вага нетто вантажу становітіме 1000 кг.
