Група ділиться на підгрупи, що складаються з чотирьох чоловік. Один студент з підгрупи буде виконувати роль В«РоботодавцяВ», троє інших - "Претендентів на посаду юрисконсульта компаніїВ». Роботодавець повинен вибрати найбільш гідного на цю посаду, для цього він повинен заздалегідь продумати, які питання він задасть кожному з шукачів, як буде оцінювати їх, відповідно до рекомендацій, даними вище. Здобувачі теж повинні добре підготуватися до співбесіди, прийти з написаними заздалегідь заявами (анкетами), переглянути питання, які зазвичай задають на співбесіді, і підготувати свої відповіді на них (Potential Interview Questions). Роботодавець починає:
