The diplomatic document under stylistic analysis titled NATO Treaty is taken from the United Nations Treaty Series. The Treaty was signed in Washington, D.C. in 4 April 1949. (see Appendix 2) find the Treaty with a preamble and 14 articles. The preamble states the purpose of the treaty: to promote the common values ??of its members and to unite the efforts for collective defense. Article 1 calls for peaceful resolution of disputes.
