Among requirements - age less than 65 years, possibility of work in China not less than 3 years, and also carrying out in the country not less than 9 months a year. Well and, of course, high qualification of the candidate which will be checked by the special commission.the beginning of the program, 530 offers from candidates for work were applied. So the foreign expert who is coming in China for work within the project, the single subsidy of 1 million Yuan (about 157700 dollars) from the government of China will be paid.
