Receiving party is not responsible for: Quality of services rendered by any other private firms to the tourist. The Company does not accept any responsibility for default whether by negligence or otherwise on the part of the service hotels in which bookings are made. IV. RESERVATION PROCEDURES Sending party should clearly indicate in its inquiry: Number and type rooms; Length of stay and itinerary. Reservation to be sent not less than 14 days before the arrival of tourists; During peak season - not less than 60 days before arrival date. V. INSURANCE Traveling Insurance should be obtain by the tourists before departure in failing which the receiving company shall not be responsible for any compensation with regards to any medical or other related expenses incurred in case of an accident or any sudden illness occurring during the trip or any future related incontingencies during the period of travel. VI. VOUCHERS/EXCHANGE ORDERS Vouchers should be issued clearly for all services required. A copy of itinerary should also be forwarded with the vouchers, and only those services detailed will be provided. Copies of the vouchers and itineraries must be received together with the payment before arrival of clients. VII. CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT Donaplus Tours & Travel requires 50% deposit upon confirmation of bookings and the balance (100%) full payment is to be made 14 days before arrival.
